Property Description
Step into history with this amazing property offering 3 homes on one property, just blocks from the beach and Pleasure Pier and the silk-stocking district. Known locally as the "Sinatra House," the home is rumored to have hosted Frank Sinatra during the era he performed at the Balinese Room. The grand main residence blends Spanish Colonial Revival and Mission Revival architecture in keeping with the nearby Grand Galvez. The interior blends lavish Gilded Age and Gatsby Era glamour with arched doorways, hardwood floors, vintage tile, and ornate moldings. Major system updates include electrical, plumbing, and insulation. This unique property offers numerous possibilities for investors & house hackers. Live in the main home while renting the others or create a private coastal compound for guests or income producing investment property in Galveston's most desirable historic neighborhood. Situated on a gated lot with driveway access, the property is within easy walking distance to the beach
