Originally from Greenville, Alabama, Patrick Purifoy is a husband, father, veteran, and trusted real estate professional whose journey began long before founding Blessed Properties. After proudly serving 22 years in the U.S. Army and retiring as a Sergeant First Class (SFC) in 2010, Patrick brought the same discipline, loyalty, and leadership that guided his military career into his second calling — serving families through real estate.

Married to his high-school sweetheart, Tosha Fails-Purifoy, and the proud father of two young adults, Patrick believes that homeownership is about more than transactions — it’s about guidance, trust, protection, and creating a foundation for generations to come.

Patrick and Tosha’s first home-buying experience was meant to be exciting. They had just arrived in Killeen/Fort Hood from Korea and were eager to settle into a home of their own. Unfortunately, the process quickly turned into a nightmare.
